The balloons in our Glass Effect Helium Bouquets are double layered with a clear outer shell balloon, giving them a glossy and luxe look. Made with silk or organza ribbon and finished with our signature "balloon cloud" weight, they make the perfect gift or elevated addition to any event. Just like our Extra Darling bouquet, we use size 18" balloons instead of the typical 9".
