The balloons in our Luxe Helium Bouquets are layered with a clear outer shell balloon, giving them a glossy and luxe look. Made with silk or organza ribbon and finished with our signature "balloon cloud" weight, they make the perfect gift or elevated addition to any event. Just like our Extra Darling bouquet, we use size 17" balloons instead of the typical 9".
