Purchase & Refund Policy

- All products and services provided by Gather & Pop are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Orders and date reservations are a commitment from both parties (Customer/client and Gather & Pop). Please ensure your understanding of this before completing your order/reservation, as no refund will be provided if you choose to cancel. All orders and payments to Gather & Pop are non-refundable. 

- We at Gather & Pop are not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons for any length of time once they have been delivered or picked up.
Environmental factors (including but not limited to: weather, children, pets, different surfaces and temperatures, hot or cluttered car or space conditions, foliage, and more can jeopardize the lifespan of our balloons, creations and products. We at Gather & Pop will of course replace (or refund, if replacement is not possible) anything we pop in transport or during setup! 

Safety Note

- Please note, uninflated and/or popped balloons are a choking hazard. Do not leave children unattended around balloons. Supervise children at all times around balloons. Take care to throw away any uninflated and/or popped balloons.

- Please note, most of our balloons are 100% latex. If you have a severe latex allergy, do not order balloons.
