Refund policy

- All products and services provided by Gather & Pop are non-refundable.

- All orders and payments to Gather & Pop are non-refundable. Please ensure your understanding of this before completing your order/reservation, as no refund will be provided if you choose to cancel. 

- We at Gather & Pop are not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons for any length of time once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors (including but not limited to: weather, children, pets, different surfaces and temperatures, hot or cluttered car or space conditions, foliage, and more can jeopardize the lifespan of our balloons, creations and products. We at Gather & Pop will of course replace (or refund, if replacement is not possible) anything we pop in transport or during setup!
